* SFTMA Board reserves the right to evaluate prospective sponsors for relevance to our membership.
* SFTMA maintains all creative and artistic rights as it relates to sponsorship placement on the organization's
    website and communication.
* No refunds, all sponsorship payments are final.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: Upon submission of payment, I hereby hold harmless the officers, promoters, lessees and lessors of the San Francisco Treasury Management Association (SFTMA) for any loss or injury to my organization, myself or others, my property or the property of others which may occur during and/or due to my voluntary participation in any membership sponsored event and/or the duration of the corporate sponsorship term.
